Working Draft - Refined Version

Introduction

At Encore, our organizational structure is designed like a mission control system supporting three mission pillars. Executive Leadership provides strategic direction and vision, Foundation departments coordinate essential resources and support, and our three Mission Pillars deliver direct educational and artistic impact to our community while generating revenue that makes Encore sustainable.

The first three serve as ground control functions: Finance, Marketing, and Culture. The Finance Department manages budgets and transactions, maintaining our financial health. Meanwhile, the Marketing, Branding, and Messaging Department promotes our events and educational offerings, ensuring broad community awareness and engagement. The Culture Department fosters a positive and inclusive environment, enhancing brand loyalty and ensuring all participants feel welcomed and appreciated through first impressions and community-building experiences.

The next three focus on our mission delivery, essential to the sustainability of Encore: Production, Education, and Development. The Production Department brings our artistic visions to life, coordinating events and performances with precision and creativity. The Development Department secures essential financial support and partnerships, ensuring the sustainability of our programs. Lastly, the Education Department brings everything to a point with enriching educational programs that nurture the talents of Encore’s young artists.

Together, these departments create a synergistic environment where each function supports the others, collectively advancing our mission to inspire and empower through the arts.
