How It Connects to Productions
Youth in the Booth participants work as board operators, ASM/PA contributors, and technical crew on Encore productions. They are supervised by the Technical Director and partner closely with the Stage Manager during tech and run. See PM and TD Collaboration for how the supervising trio (PM, TD, SM) works together.
Where This Fits in the Education Programs
Youth in the Booth runs alongside the production ladder rather than within it. The sister program for performance/creative leadership is Youth Leadership Program.
