What lives here

• 0.0 - Production Bible — the orienting hub: three meta-phases (Conceive, Create, Connect), one paragraph per phase, plus the Roles Directory.
• The 8 phase notes (read in order, or jump to where you are):
  • 1 - Inception

What doesn’t live here

• Table Work is a directing-led process inside Rehearsals; it lives in Table Work (under 02_Education/Guides/).
• Transitions are a directing concern; they live in Director’s Guide (under 02_Education/Guides/).
