Opportunity Overview
Have you ever wanted to work with young artists in a leadership role? Now is your chance! We are looking for youth directors, music directors, choreographers, stage managers, and backstage coordinators for our upcoming camps.
This unique program is designed to help prepare you to take on leadership positions in the theater industry. Encore provides our youth leaders with amazing professional adult mentors to help them learn the skills necessary to teach and guide the young participants in our camps.
Youth leaders trained by Encore will teach and inspire kids to have an exceptional camp experience while also enhancing their own skills in this art form.
The Experience
Under the supervision and direction of Encore adult staff, we are excited to provide not only a fun week of singing, dancing, and performing for the children, but also a meaningful leadership opportunity for you.

Expectations and Responsibilities
Training and Preparation

Attend all Leadership training sessions with our professional mentors

Attend all production meetings

Complete any required preparation work or reading
Leadership Position
Choose one primary leadership role:
