What lives here
Four subfolders: Guides/ (how-to knowledge), Roles/ (who does what), Templates/ (reusable forms), and Programs/ (Junior and Signature production ladders).
What doesn’t live here
Org-wide knowledge (mission, culture, org chart) lives in ../00_About Encore/. Education-track programs (Aspire, Page to Stage, leadership programs, etc.) live in ../02_Education/Programs/. Hiring process lives in ../06_Business and Finance/.
